With Storm Frank bringing strong winds and rough seas today, here's a lifeboat-crew-eye-view of stormy weather. It's taken on board Newhaven's all-weather lifeboat during a training exercise. Hold on to your hats....! Praise to the good brave men AND women who put their lives at risk for others. + Got caught in storm Frank last night... In the middle of the Irish Sea aboard Stenaline Belfast to Cairnryan... Honestly thought I was going to die so so scary  + Brave and selfless for a purpose to save lives not take them ,always put my pounds in the bucket !!!Respect!! + You brave, brave people! Made me feel seasick just watching!!! Are the crew ever sick in these gal...
